This is my exact prompt that I give to Claude Opus 5.5 to turn an idea into a video; without any video generation model, just with 6 files. Most people tell Claude "make a video" and hope for a good result. But instead of a simple prompt, I give it a Harness; a specific process that it has to execute step by step and create the 6 files in order.
1. First, it analyzes the reference sample. Rhythm, first movement, cut timing, and the moment when the main message peaks. spec.md
2. Then, it checks the accuracy of the numbers. Every number must have its source and related search phrase. If no source is found, it stops and asks a question. data.json
3. Before creating the motion, it writes the story. One main message, one key number, and three stages: hook, proof, and result. story.md
4. It creates each frame with code. Using Remotion and a custom motion design Skill; all displayed values are also variables. Scene.tsx
5. It understands revisions in plain language. For example, you say "the title appears a bit late" and it applies the necessary change; without rebuilding everything from scratch. timing.ts
6. It renders the frames, compares them to the reference sample, and waits before my final approval. final.mp4
A regular prompt gives you one shot; a Harness gives you a process that you can review, revise, and control step by step.
