Counting Stats Band

Build a stats band: dark background, three to four big numbers in lime that count up from 0 with an ease-out-cubic over 1.6s the first time the band scrolls into view (IntersectionObserver), each with a small grey label. Numbers use tabular figures so they don't jitter.
